The Student Health Center (SHC) is supported by Prepaid Health Fees (PHF) paid each semester by students taking greater than 6 hours of classes. These fees cover a variety of routine health care services. Part-time students may choose to pay this health fee (Cashier's Office, Jesse Hall) or use the Student Health Center on a fee-for-service basis. Students may pay for services not covered by the health fee with cash, check or a major credit card, or by charging the services to their MU student account. The charge will appear on the MU billing statement as "Student Health" to ensure patient confidentiality.
