At the Student Health Center we have board-certified physicians, psychiatrists, registered medical technologists, licensed nurse practitioners, psychologists, RNs, LPNs, certified health education specialists, health psychologist, community public health specialist, trained graduate assistants, medical records staff and patient service representatives to help you in every way we can.

Student Health Center Class Excuse Policy

SHC providers do not write excuses for classes or exams missed due to illness. Class attendance is an administrative matter between the student and the faculty member. If a student misses class while in the SHC, the student may ask the SHC cashier for a copy of the encounter form. The diagnosis will be blocked for privacy.
