Three healthy habits to start

1. Start your day with something your future self will thank you for – Take a walk, do some stretching or meditate. If meditating for the first time sounds hard, set a timer on your phone for 3 minutes and then gradually increase the time over several days or weeks. Another great way to start meditating is by downloading our guided meditations or dropping in for noon meditation.

2. Drink more water – Replace 1-2 flavored drinks like juices or soda with water each day. Replacing sugary drinks with water can help keep your blood sugar stable. And, being hydrated can help reduce cravings since it’s easy to mistake hunger for thirst.

3. Add in some green – Leafy greens like spinach and cruciferous veggies like cauliflower and broccoli, fill you up with nutrient dense foods. Try filling half of your plate with greens.
