2017 Volunteers

Volunteers are Mizzou students who apply to contribute to the Health Center in many different ways. They gain skills and become more comfortable with patient interactions while learning about the health care industry in a hands-on way.

I want to contribute to the Health Center in any way I can.
I look forward to gaining skills in a hands-on way in the

As a freshman pre-med student, I was looking for a way to get
involved at Mizzou while preparing myself for the career ahead
of me. I'm excited to help fellow students and gain valuable experience.

Majors: Biological Sciences

Expected graduation date: May 2019

It's a great place to see the relationships health professionals have
both with patients and each other. Volunteering at the Health Center
will give me a better idea of the type of leader I want to be in the
work place.

Expected graduation date: May 2020

I volunteered because I wanted to meet new people, gain
knowledge and get experience for my future in health care; along
with volunteering my time to the University.
