Sleep Solutions

Not feeling fully rested after a night’s sleep? Suffer from insomnia? This non-academic 4-week class covers the science of sleep, practical tips and strategies, relaxation restorative yoga forms and breathing techniques to slow the mind and calm the body for quality sleep. Sleep Solutions registration is covered by your pre-paid health fee. However, there is a no-show fee of $25 for those who don’t attend all 4 classes.

Topics include:

• Basic science of sleep
• Relaxation breathing techniques
• Simple restorative yoga poses
• Learn practical tips and strategies for better sleep
• Dealing with life's challenges
• Breaking free from stressful thoughts
