Peace of Mind is a weekly educational workshop for students who want to increase life skills and ability to cope with difficult emotions, stress, and conflict, and improve relationships and daily functioning. Through the workshops, you can learn how to live in the moment, manage your emotions, increase interpersonal skillfulness, and identify what is really important in your life. Each workshop provides an informational overview, handouts, and relaxation exercises.
