Would you know a healthy relationship if you saw it? SHAPE peer educators will help you identify common characteristics of a healthy relationship. They also offer tips for improving relationships with others (no matter the type of relationship – friend, partner, family), and the opportunity to practice your new skills.
Once you know what a good relationship looks like, the peer educators will talk about indicators of an unhealthy relationship and provide you with effective methods of getting out of unhealthy relationships.
Assertiveness skill building will also be included along with communication styles, consent, self assessments and campus/communities resources for all students.
