The #livingyourbestlife group is a six-week therapy group for those experiencing mild to moderate depressive symptoms including, but not limited to, feeling sad, irritable, difficulty with motivation and concentration. In this group, you’ll participate in interactive activities aimed at enhancing knowledge around depression and mood. You’ll also work to improve your mood by learning to identify changes and applying self-care mental health skills. By the end of the six weeks, you will create an individualized, self-care plan to support your overall wellness and live your best life!

The group meets on Thursdays from April 4 – May 9 from 10:15 to 11:30.
