Our certified health coach approaches nutrition using mindfulness concepts and practices and includes principles of intuitive eating. Using the wisdom of mindfulness we develop a greater respect for our bodies and discover our wholeness as human beings. Whether you are a chronic dieter, overeater, undereater, emotional eater or somewhere in between, applying mindfulness with the science of good nutrition and physical activity, we offer a new approach for life long changes to improve health.

We invite you to meet with our certified health coach for an individual appointment to customize a plan just for you. Your appointment may include support, tips and advice on nutrition and special dietary needs. These visits and on-going support are covered by your student health fee.
